Do you think a person can drink to much kefir and have to many probiotics in his system? My instructions that came with the grains, were to drink the kefir for 20 days, and then to break for 10 days... but I haven't read that anywhere else.
I'm hooked on the taste in fruit smoothies, guacomole and other dips, and cooled slightly soups - it gives a great tang... I think you can add it to most anything you would add milk too. It might be a good substitute for mayo too. Any other ideas for use?
My understanding is that it is best for us when we drink it the last thing at night of first thing in the morning... but when I am taking a break from it I like to use the kefir in other ways for the taste and creamy texture.
