Re: what I posted

it hasn't shown up, yet:

Just wanted to stress the importance of I2 intake for those that are dealing with FBD, PCOS, any hormonally-driven cystic/pre-cancerous or cancerous condition. I2 is utilized by the body in a different way that KI is, it's uptake is different, and it performs different functions.

The most bang for your buck, re: I2, is Lugol's solution. Iodoral IS Lugol's in tablet form. KI(potassium iodide) has been shown to be ineffective when dealing with these conditions. There are lots of medical studies that support this. Here are some links:

On a personal note, I healed myself of fibrocystic breast disease with the use of Lugol's Iodine and companion nutrients. There is no way that it is possible to consume enough kelp to achieve this- it's also not possible to consume enough kelp to displace bromide and fluoride. In a perfect world we all would have been eating kelp since infancy, like the Japanese...but the world is not perfect and now some 90% of American women have FBD, some detectable only microscopically. FBD IS A PRECURSOR TO BREAST CANCER. One in eight American women WILL be diagnosed with breast cancer.
