Hemorroids are due to candida die-off. When candida dies it releases toxins (one can neutralize them with antioxydant = selenim zinc, etc). So when we expell candida the stool becomes real toxic and the skin of the anus suffers. Often enough tthe toxicity allows for bacteria to grow ans you will then develop a diaper rash.
NEVER use toilet paper. It will further irritate. Use a wet cloth. I buy the disposable baby stuff. Some just use a cloth.
After each bm, put a bit of hot water in the bathtub and sit in there, this allows for the toxins to dissolve completely in the water and for the hemorroids to heal faster.
After the bath apply a zinc cream (any diaper rash cream will do). I purchase plastic gloves which I cut in 5 and use one on my finger to apply the cream while helping the hemorroids back in.
If they bleed, a supository with cortisone (prescription) will give great results (cortisone helps support the adrenals and most of us suffer from adrenal fatigue).
If you are female, insuring the vagina is clear of candida (by inserting the middle finger and cleansing deep inside) will also help. The vagina and anus are real close an will contaminate one another.
