I'm glad you are researching a lot. Hope you find the right combo to heal your body of the diseases. I did a quick search for you. If you put piperazine in the CZ search, you'll find one other post, from 3 ys ago.

there's a link for side effects, toxicity, etc. looks like it is a dewormer that veternarians use. Piperazine is also listed as pesticide, listing poisoning, convulsions, shock as side effects, not sure at what dosages, etc, so check it out.

Sorry I can't copy and paste. I mentioned in another post on CZ about Jethro Kloss book called Back to Eden. It has 900 pages and is a paperback. Kloss was herbalist, food scientist and inventor.
