PRobiotics must arrive alive in your bowels, so you do not want them to get digested and you should take them away from meals, ideally with cold water (cold goes right down, hot remaines in the stomach) or with a spoonful of oil.
Bio K sounds like a probiotic, so does 5lac (i have only heard of 3 lac, which is a blend of 3 lactic bacteria.
So one OR the other in between meal.
oreagano oil (o.o.) caprilic acid (c.a.) and garlic are antifungals. You should take one of them during 3 to 4 days and rotate= switch to another one or otherwise candida becomes immune to the one you are using.
I would stay away from per Hydrogen if I were you. The few witnesses I have read here were all but conclusive.
Psyllium husk is a bowel cleanse. Once you are into the routine of taking all of the above AND following the diet AND taking magnesium, lecithin, cod liver oil and vitamin B complex supplements.
Then ask again about the bowel cleanse...
one thing at a time. But your next step would definitely be a bowel cleanse.
