I read in an earlier post that sitz baths can really help with circulation. Well I've had icee cold hands and feet for years now and nothing helps me. I'm always so cold and sometimes when outside for even just 15 minutes in 35-40 degree weather, I feel almost numb all over.
I do sitz baths when I can but now on top of all the other health benefits, I really need to start doing them regularly. How many would you think it will take to start getting my circulation moving and get me to start warming up!!?
When I've done them before, I don't feel that much different. I've read lots of people feel light headed or nauseas but I usually feel fine and sometimes I think they aren't 'working' since I don't feel anything different. Just cuz I feel ok afterwards meeans they're still doing me good, right?
