Thanks for making me feel better. I'm getting some bloodwork done tomorrow, and don't want my sodium levels too high, so I'll wait a bit. I'm feeling better today, though. I've been on the Proactiv 6WBMO, and found it to be a good guide for my problems. For some reason I stopped doing it, and my problems started up again, and the intense pain was the result some 2 months later. Now I am back on it, and since it includes the balance of protein/fruit/healthy natural carbs, I think it's a good diet to use while getting ready to do the flush. Do you agree? If not, is there something else I should do? Can I just jump right in and do the flush now? Ok, I'm freaking myself out again. Gotta stop second guessing myself and just freegin' do it already!
