Thank you for posting, mhs. It's interesting that you should mention meditating. Several months ago, I posted in this forum about an interesting experience I had while meditating. A couple of posters came on to ridicule me. However, Iolite was very helpful---and I appreciated that.
I like to meditate when I'm in bed and have trouble going back to sleep. Sometimes, it just makes me fall asleep LOL but other times, I've had some interesting things happen. For example, shortly after my daughter had twins---and I had yet to meet them--I was meditating. What came through was the voice of one of my grandsons talking in the future. I immediately knew which one it was. When I saw his picture for the first time, I thought "He's an old soul". Others who know what Old Souls are have looked at his picture and said the same thing. Other times when I meditate, I will get fleeting images or a few words come through.
After my most recent experience where the man's voice startled me awake, the next day I did ask Archangel Michael for protection. Next time I will mentally surround myself with a white light of protection.
Do you think that this man I'm hearing could be from the future? The reason I ask is twofold; 1) As I pointed out, we moved into our house when it was new and it was built on land that was woods, so I know the voice isn't from a former deceased resident; 2) As far as I can tell before our house was built, the land was owned by some families who traced their roots back to freed slaves---in other words, they've been here for generations. The voice of this man doesn't sound old-fashioned in anyway. So...I wonder if he is a future resident of our house. If you have any thoughts on this, I would appreciate hearing them.
As you suggested, I will try asking mentally if he has something to say to me. In a previous post, I did point out that in my last home when I heard the men talking, I called out "Hello?". I think they heard me because they stopped talking for a minute. However, if you think it's best to call out mentally instead of out loud, I will try that---whenever it is I hear him again!
