Re: Castor Oil Packs/Hydrogen Peroxide Baths

What do you think about using Castor Oil Packs for detoxing/healing the liver, spleen and thymus and for digestion in general? I'm also using Grape Bitters like you recommended, would using Castor Oil Packs interfere with the Grape Bitter's liver flushing in anyway?

I have never looked in to castor oil packs.  All I have ever heard is that it is channeled information from Cayce.  I know that castor oil is supposed to be good for fresh scars though when applied to the area.

I doubt that the castor oil would have any interaction with the bitters.

Are you also familiar with Hydrogen Peroxide Baths to oxygenate the body? Do they work? I have sleep apnea and am so tired all day. People say that these types of baths really give the body "oxygen therapy".

Peroxide will absorb through the skin when soaking in it.  It is peroxide that is thought to give some waters their healing powers, such as the waters at Lourdes.  Peroxides help to kill pathogens and cancer cells directly, and they are also needed for the activation of white blood cells.  Hydrogen peroxide is generated in the body for this purpose by the enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD).  This is another reason I like amla berry. It raises SOD levels around 80%.

Directions:
Pour 1 quart hydrogen peroxide into a hot bath making sure to mix it well to avoid burning your skin. Be careful not to get any bath water in your eyes. Immerse yourself into the water and wait 5 minutes. If there is no reaction to your skin, add the second quart and stir well. Relax and soak for 20 to 25 minutes.

Are you using 3% or 35% peroxide?  The common brown bottles in the stores are 3%, and will not burn the skin.  The more concentrated 35% will burn the skin if not diluted.

Ozone therapy also generates peroxides in contact with water and fats.
