I had hoped for success and I got it! I tried an epsom salt, olive oil and lemon juice recipe that fits me best (friday fast, I only ate two cucumbers and a tomato, which seemed to make fasting a bit easier, then 2 cups epsom and water over a 4 hour period. 10 p.m. 2/3 c oo 1/3 c lemon juice, then sleep) I had a little bit of apple juice thursday (8 oz) but pretty much left it out of my regimen this time.
I produced many large stones, at least a dozen 2/3 inches in diameter. This is the best one I've had yet. And today I feel great, other than a sore frijole.
I think the key is finding what works best for you, and using what you have on hand or can get easily, then being strict about time frames, measurements, etc.
