You've come to the right place for support. So many of us have been through the ringer because of this darn device. For a lot of women they experience a "crash" of sorts right before and during their periods. The real bad crash happens around 4 months post-removal. I am at 4 months now and just started my period on Monday and I haven't noticed anything too bad. Basically a lot of the symptoms you experienced while on mirena come back at these times. I've been moody, but nothing extreme. Of course, I have also been sick for over a week now too so that may have something to do with why I didn't crash too bad.
Good luck. It is still better without the Mirena because now I don't have bad days everyday. My bad days are fewer are fewer the farther out I get from having the Mirena removed.
