Re: Blood...
food intolerances
Feeling tired right after a meal is generally a sign of
food allergy . Now,. with candida one develops allergy easily.... your defense system struggles to find the culprit, since candida keeps changing its mask and ... if you eat something on a daily basis, you are likely to develop an intolerance to this food, your metabolism guessing that too much of this element is the problems.
Be attentive of what you have eaten, some poeple (with thyroid problem) should stay away from soy other have had intolerance to nuts, etc.
BM
It is of uttermost importance that you get AT LEAST one bm a day. Here are a few options:
a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil oil (or 2 at bedtime)
enemas when you dont
Epsom Salt in water
castor oil
Aim at 2 bm a day and you will be safer.
Not getting a bm and seeing blood in your stool simply means that candida has damaged the intestinal wall on its way out. When candida dies it releases toxins which are contaminating your entire body - your shakey feeling could also be due to that. WHen the toxins get to your lymphs then your liver is overwhelmed.
You do not have the hemmoroids yet - good news, you will develop them if you keep having hard stool coming out due to lack of regular bm. Watch it out.
THe good news is you have it mild. A day without a bm when I started with the diet would have set me to bed.
YOU DO TAKE VITAMIN B AND MAG. supplements right?
Candida depletes them and they are basic.
ANother way to insure regular bm is to increase the magnesium supplement intake. At first we are deficient and a little extra restores the balance.
Digestive enzymes with every meal is a good idea. The liver is overwhelmed with detox and is not always up to decent digestion.
My search on Biocare enterguard coulc only lead me to Permatrol 90, which is a combo of amino acid.... if so that is real good. A diet rich in protein is important and - due to poor digestion - poor assimilation a.a. supplements are a great idea.
You are on the right track just keep the bm going.
