Re: Blood 'n Guts
I have used a product similar to Enteroguard ... but I reacted to the FOS, I assume it contains fructose. Anyhow I started having gas like hell, so I had to quit the Green Superfood and take the amino acid each on their own.... yes how many supplements one intake while dealing with intolerance and not being able to simply swallow the combo can be appaling.
Watch it for FOS (Fructi-oligo saccharides) intolerances are specific to each of us.
SOy product are ofthen an issue, they related to thyroid inbalance. Do a search on low thyroid or hypothyroid. I have had great results using
Lugol Iodine in order to strengthen it back to (almost) normal.
Soy has one componant that is the very same as the hormone messenger that tells the thyroid gland to shut down. Eating soy products shuts down your thyroid gland.... no big deal when your thyroid works normally but WHAT THE HECK!! when it is already running low.
For regular bm NOTHING beats coffee enemas. Liver support PLUS guaranteed bm. I would strongly suggest you purchase a reusable enema bucket (or a bag) - some people prefer colema and-or
colonics but hey! $$$$$$$ Have a read:
//www.curezone.org/cleanse/enema/
As cheap as can be:
A bucket and plain coffee brought down to room temperature (we should not drink any coffee, your bowels wont assimilate any either, it will simply cleanse the colon and release it from accumulated feacal matter).
Golden rule= 1 bm a day MINIMUM
You dont want the toxins candida releases to remain in your gut for too long. When cleansing, 2 bm per day is the best.
Take good care,
