I got this list from the FAQ section of this forum:
Vitamin C - 3,000 mg per day (more may be necessary to detox bromide).
300-600 mg magnesium oxide or comparable magnesium supplement.
200 mcg selenium.
500 mg niacin twice a day. (NOT niacinamide) Start lower to avoid flush.
200 mg Vitamin B2 twice a day.
A comprehensive vitamin and nutrition program.
I could not find magnesium oxide at the health food store yesterday, but I will look again. Is it really necessary to take all of these things? Are you supposed to take them all at the same time, with the iodine?
I started yesterday on 2 drops of Lugols 5% (so about 12.5 mg iodine, I suppose). I also took 1 selenium pill, about 2000 mg Vitamin C, and 100 mg niacin, which made me feel quite hot (the flush, I guess). I also drank some water with Sea Salt in it. So, I missed the Magnesium and B2. I will look for those today.
Trying to get this right, but I am not sure of the exact protocol. Any tips would be great!
