So I have been reading a lot about Iodine supplementation, here and other places, and I am starting to get confused. I have some questions.
I have a bottle of Iosol and a bottle of Iodoral tablets. I had been taking about 25mg of one in the morning and then 25mg of the other in the evening, but I stopped a few weeks ago because I was starting to question my sanity :) Now I am convinced I should start again, and maybe at a higher dosage.
So I am wondering, is what I have going to be good enough, or should I order trapper's solution?
Also, what time of day is it best to take iodine?
And once a day, or multiple times?
And is it best taken by itself (with water) or with a meal? I eat many small meals throughout the day so I tend to take all supplements with some type of food.
