Trapper's stuff + magnascent if you want, iodoral is portable and is good too. It's ok to break it up or take it all at once. You go by how you feel, and if you can get to sleep at night taking it in the afternoon. Everyone is different. I've heard from some that taking iodoral at night HELPS them sleep. Others, like me, makes it difficult to sleep.
But everyone agrees, KEEP TAKING IT! Do the salt flushes, take companion supplements -- niacin and riboflavin (google optimox's atp cofactors) and selenomethionine. Don't forget the C. The jury is still out about taking it with or away from iodine. Stephanie Buiste, patient of Dr. David Brownstein and Iodine advocate, has switched from taking C with iodoral to taking it away from her iodoral because after 2 years on high dose of iodoral, her bromide level is still quite high. She needs to get that bromide out, she's a former thyroid cancer patient. Something to think about. http://www.naturalthyroidchoices.com
