Well now I just read the discussion about Wombat's concerns about salt loading:

And it was stated that the chloride is actually the part of the salt loading that actually pushes out the bromide. So potassium chloride should actually accomplish two goals at once: bromine detox and achieving a better potassium/sodium balance. I know I don't currently get near enough potassium.
