Thank you Donna I have changed my eating also lost over 80 pounds doing so I started in January of 2004. I eat low fat low carbs and low Sugar I have been using splenda instead of sugar. I may try not having tomatoes and green peppers I eat them potaoes I have some times not often. I take vitamin D C and a multi and calcium. I use flaxseed daily I was taking wheat grass too but it made me go to the bath room way to much stomach could not take it. I think food has a lot to do with it but also it trades the pains trade places often. Some times I feel because I changed eating I feel better then some days I feel worse but I have been sticking to eating healthy. Thanks for sharing with me.
