I try to always have about 50 grams a day, remembering the ratio of 1/3 protein per 2/3 veggies per meal. Breakfast is usually a meat and 2 eggs, cage free eggs, no hormones or pesticides. Never potatoes or breads with meals. I am really feeling good right now, even though I haven't been doing this very long. There will be setbacks as you find out which foods really don't agree with you, but well worth the time figuring things out.
