Hello all, I have been on the 'candida diet' and doing all the supplements thing since the begining of Oct 09. Must admit that I (think) am getting better by the week.
Gluten used to cause me really severe diarrhea. The other day, just to test, I ate a small piece of bread and again the following day and absolutely nothing happened!
I am so pleased about this I just felt I wanted to share it with everyone as I follow this forum daily, so its nice to give something back, especially as I am certainly no expert on the subject of candida.
However, I am not going to go mad eating loads of bread as I dont miss it that much anyway. For some strange reason though I miss crackers terribly, and I never ate that many of them before the diet! But I do think I may try upping the carbs in other ways, as like most 'Candidians' I am rather too thin nowadays.
