Just coming to the end of day 2 of what I hope will be a 20 day MC. This is my 2nd Master-Cleanse (10 day about 18 months ago), and I have to say its been pretty smooth sailing so far. I cut out alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, bread etc..a few days before starting to make the transition easier.
The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning had a major effect. I really struggled with the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) on my first Master-Cleanse but I find if you put the salt in a shot glass with some water and throw it back, followed by a full glass of pure water, it makes it a lot easier.
20 days seems an eternity away but I think I can remain mentally strong enough to last. This cleanse really makes you think about and re-evaluate your relationship with food.
