Look at the top of the page, in the center, for Liver Flush Recipes. Then open the first recipe, #1 Hulda Clark and scroll to the bottom. It discusses this as Alterntive #2.

I tried this last week, for flush #3, and believe it is why I had my first suceessful flush.
