One thing i've always wondered, if anyone knows the answer to this..
When someone is eating a zero carb diet, excess protein is partially converted to glucose, i wonder if that feeds candida as well?
This might explain why people on zero carb diet feel better when they lower their protein intake and add fat (suet, tallow, marrow, lard, etc). For most people, the body doesn't need more than about 80 to 120g of protein a day if i remember correctly, anything more than that is converted to glucose, does it feed candida?
