I think you're chasing a bum steer with Xylitol. Have a look at this research. It showed that Xylitol had very little effect on Candida growth.

I have ordered some stevia myself. I have read that you need to be careful with the brand of stevia. Some have a bitter aftertaste. I believe the Body Ecology brand is particularly good, and the product Stevita isn't bad either.
