one last question, trapper.... juste read the link you sent.
which do you think might be better for someone who bloats easily then - by real salt i assume you mean regular table salt ? if so, should this be iodised or no, or do you mean the natural Sea Salt recommended in the link?
in either case, any tips as to how to combine this with potassium chloride - i.e. how much salt and how much KCl - hope that's the right equation, my chemistry is terrible :-)
