Hi me again on reading more of your meesages it looks like you like dairy ie yogurt.Why yogurt for probiotics? If so not a good choice Sugar and dairy are not good for a candida diet read the book BREAKING THE VICIOUS CYCLE. The diet is very very stricked those two items you have started consuming are out.Probiotics on the other hand are in.You must choice enteric coated brands.They will survive the acid in the stomach.Then travel safely to the gut were thy are needed.As for yogurt 99% of the probiotics die in the stomach. Research( kombucha tea).Good luck on your journey back to superior health.You deserve it,We all do.
