I'm afraid of the ominous attacks, as well, but as a survivor of several very bad attacks that sent me to the emergency room, I can honestly say I am telling myself that if I DON'T do the flush, I am setting myself up for another attack, anyway. I may as well get them out in the most controlled and easiest way I can. The ES will open my ducts, so they won't get stuck, hopefully, and no attack. Hope this is encouraging. I'm trying to convince myself, too. (I'm the biggest hesitator, I've been attempting to get the guts to do it for over a year and a half, now)!
