Re: Probiotics and skin rash

I have had digestive problems for most of my 50+ years of life. I love yogurt and other fermented foods, too. But I don't want too much dairy as it seems a bit heavy to me. Plain yogurt from raw organic goat's milk would be better, in my opinion and it's difficult for me to obtain presently. However, I have a hard time staying consistant, regardless.

I have recently begun drinking kombucha, and I am feeling better each and every morning. I am learning, too, that it is REALLY easy to make my own, and VERY cheaply, too, I might add. This is one fermented drink I can live with on a daily basis.

Our intestines, IF they are healthy, have the ability to make their own certain nutrients, like B12!

But, they must be healthy. I am hoping kombucha will help me to achieve this goal.

I can honestly say that supplementing with Iodine has saved my life - however, I was still lacking in something.

Fermented foods seem to be picking up the slack for me.
