Sorry I do not have a picture of the stone, should have taken one, yes, but being as nosy as I can be, I broke it open to see if it was one stone or many congealed, as I have had many small stones congealed into one large lump before. It was definitely a single stone.

The alternative method is when instead of taking your second dose of ES the next morning, you take a dose of Grapefruit/Olive Oil, then two hours later you take your final dose of ES.

WIth my fourth flush, this was the fisrt time I had done the alternative method, and I had a Mother Lode of results then...we're talking 12-1500 stones in one flush, all tan.
