Re: Can I do another liver flush within 8 to 9 days?

I do them every weekend and feel fabulous! There have only been 2 times in the past 3 months that I have had to skip a weekend, and I am doing #8 tonight.

I started doing the alternative method of Clark's flush on my 4th flush and won't do it any other way now. After flush 4 (aka the Mother Lode) I haven't seen a green stone since, only tan, and last time I swear I got some tiny black ones too. We'll see what happens this time!

Looking forward to ringing in the New Year feeling clean...going to try to beat the Eternal Candida Yeast Infection Sinus Problem Itchy Skin Monster that has been sucking the life out of me for as long as I can remember.
