What labs in the US do Candida species identification and strain differentiation testing?

I think that's the smartest thing to do. Identify what species you have so you can tailor the treatment. There are some medical abstracts saying some labs can do DNA identification of 60 species of Candida like in this abstract

How do I go about getting them to do testing on me? Doesn't even have to be DNA identification I guess, just as long as they can find the species. I bet they only test for research purposes. On their website though they talk about Candida only in immunocompromised patients.

There is a lab in Moscow that does mycotic identification and treatment but I was hoping to find one somewhere closer, hopefully in the US. Any ideas?
