My New Year's Day surprise!

My 8th flush, feeling good, and January first I released the last of the fruits of this flush - a two-inch liver stone! it was huge! i couldn't believe my eyes!

i feel good and am anxious to continue cleansing this year!

PS doing the alternative method of Clark's recipe has really worked for me. i get more results this way and feel like i have done amore thorough flush.
