Spit test - film on bottom of glass

This is really weird. I do the spit test every once in a while and this time I let it sit for a few days and today I was cleaning the kitchen and decided to pour it out and there's a white film covering the bottom - inside part of the glass as well as cloudy water with tons of specks.

Is this normal for it to do that after a spit test? This looks like my stool when I eat too much Sugar - I get sharp pains in my intestine - rhizoids growing and film that looks like that on my stool.

When I drink a lot of milk my urine becomes cloudy? Any comments?
