You probably know the answer to this question yourself: triple distilled vodka is probably least harmful to someone with Candida. It has been discussed before. Beer would be worst.

If one like that kind of things I suppose smoking a herb might be OK with Candida.

I think if you do decide to drink you should seriously limit it to a light buzz given all the meds you are taking that are stressing your liver. Tweet
