Prior to using hibiclense I tried diet changes such as eliminating 95% of my meat intake, I wen't on the candida diet because I had a fear that everything I ate some sugars I would feed the "fungus". I highly recommend a detox (not a crazy detox like the ones they sell at gnc) just a diet change where you can sweat out your toxins. And, use a little bit of hibiclense mixed with some soap (preferably dove because it doesn't dry out the skin) and see how that goes. A diet with a decent amount of fiber (no too much tho because you don't want it to affect your day) way less meat if your a high meat eater and cut out things like soda, and pastries to once or twice a week. Try that out and see how it works because hibiclense works really good for killing odor causing bacteria on the skin.
