Unless you want to be fanatical, just reduce some of the sugars in your diet as well as anything else that seems to make you feel worse. Have unrefined/unpasteurised apple cider vinegar before meals, as it will help you digest your food better and may help fight candida. It will generally promote an environment that inhibits candida. Also have probiotics from a good brand, with at least 1billion CFUs (colony forming units).
Importantly, it may help to take some 'detox' herbs like milk thistle, burdock, dandelion, etc, as they can help take away the 'sick' feeling as well as blunt the 'die off' effect. When your immune system kills candida, the toxins released damage your immune system and the candida quickly recovers while your immune system only slowly recovers. When your immune system is healthy again (and you are feeling great), it'll fight the candida only to start the process again. This why its important to clear away the toxins.
