The immediate thing that comes to my mind are green smoothies. They are easy, cheap, nutritious, and you can add or subtract anything you like or dislike. If you don't want to keep fresh greens on hand because of perishability, you can use frozen (with some loss of nutritional value)or a plethora of the green powders that so many people are supplementing with. I believe HV has a green powder available. If you add a couple pieces of fruit to the greens, they always seem to taste good to me, especially bananas and mango.The sky is the limit with smoothies, only limited by your imagination. Some of the green/protien powders could certainly take the place of a meal and with some of them, the amount of nutrients they include seem pretty impressive.
