Ok I'm so sick and frustrated of complex 'health' food lists, which usually range from meats that take forever to find/cook, or plants that take even longer to wait until they're in season and then they spoil before a single person can eat them. So what's the best healthy 'fast food' diet someone (hv??? pls???) can think of? Bee pollen I know seems to have everything into a ready to go package what else??
There are simple ways to make a quick meal that can still be healthy. For instance many stores offer pre-cooked chickens. The meat can be pulled off the bone and made in to a number f things. Burritos, tacos, added to salads, added to pasta that does not take long to cook, etc. For vegetables look for frozen vegetables that have been flash frozen. When you buy the bags squeeze them to make sure all the vegetables inside are loose from each other. If they are all frozen in one big clump then they have been previously thawed then refrozen. You can also buy fruits and berries flash frozen for protein drinks or smoothies if you are in a major rush.
Herbs can be used as supplements to fill in the blanks of the diet.
And remember that the nutritional value of a diet is only as good as your ability to absorb the nutrients. So maintain your stomach acid, enzymes and bile with bitters, zinc and B vitamin sources.
