Never heard of such issue, but each of us has different symptoms. It s not always easy to find out if it is die- off or a reaction. If you seem to do it when you have fruit, you should perhaps avoid the fruit to help your healthy cells in the corner of your eye get over the irritation. Do you use antioxydants? If so which ?

Vitamin E sure is good for skin issues so a bit of oral supplement would not hurt.
