Re: Any Age Considerations?

Hi,
nah, age doesn't matter... :)
I'm 49 and have been flushing fot about a yeatr and a half...
Just follow Hulda Clark 's recipe, you will not have any problems, but will start feeling better. Esp because your health hasn't been that great.

At first the flush seems complicated, but will get used to it, and perhaps, like myself, start looking forward to the next one (there is a sense of relief at seeing all this gunk come out of your system, and you'll feel better right away, until the remaining stones move forward, then the symptoms return).

Although many flushies may be young. there are many who are older. As you get older you actually need to flush even more.
I had my Dad, who is 84, do the flush: he did great, had no problems.

The one thing that's important is to prep prior to the flush, to soften the stones: you'll get more out. Drink your apple juice, if you like it. If not, you may want to take Malic Acid (or have some Apple Cider Vinegar, there are also some herbs you may want to try).

Happy Flushing... :)
