#1- Keep the parasites in check by just doing a cleanse two months each year- one in Spring and one in Fall. This was a common practice with earlier societies.
You're not overdoing it that way and encouraging "super bugs"- but keeping the parasite load under control while also detoxing the liver and colon.
#2- follow Dr. Hulda Clark s' advice on eliminating Benzene and petrochemicals from your household, toiletries, cleansers, etc. With our industrial society, toxins like mercury and Benzene encourage many parasites to live full cycle within the body-- not just larvea stages then get passed out. Nip the problem in the bud by living the most non-toxic lifestyle as possible. You may even be surprised cancer reverses if you do this.
#3. In the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve ate plant based foods- specifically anything growing from the trees and bushes in Eden. That was how the human body was ideally designed. Later their offspring found it a royal pain in the butt getting food this way so the easiest way out was killing animals for food- The human body got used to pulling nutrients from food this way but nevertheless, the human digestive tract did not change from when it was first created. Our digestive tract is still way too long compared to carniverous animals like cats. Meat takes forever to digest for us because of this. Even dogs eat both meat and non meat foods- while cats NEED to eat only meat.
Fish and foul would be better than any meat to eat if necessary. Ideally, I'd avoid meat and just take a B12 supplement or else find non meat sources for B12.-- If your diet is rich in plant oils, nuts, berries, fruits, veggies compared with meat- then your body does become a place where parasites won't die- but wont' be excessively breeding either.
Herbal cleanses will keep them further under control .
