Where do you get the L-glutamine? Can you get it in any foods you eat? What is it? Do you take probiotics in a supplement by itself? I have enzyme tablets with some probiotics in it and was wondering if that would suffice. Also, the enzymes are good for the food allergies , too. Interestingly enough, my son is not allergic to wheat, weird, huh? He is allergic to rice, though, he can't eat it or even touch it and it doesn't matter whether its raw, cooked, brown, or white, he breaks out in hives. There's no dairy in our house. On the Sugar part, we don't use any cane sugar, but does the no Sugar requirement mean no real maple syrup or agave nectar or sweeteners too?
