I woke up at 3:00 am with the most awful long-lasting (about 10 minutes) cramp in my leg I've ever had. I got up and walked on it and it finally went away. Cramps are unusal for me. I eat a banana every day and take extra potassium some days. I take magnesium malate every day and magnesium citrate some days... I take calcium more days than not. I get other minerals in Alfalfa and other herbs most every day.
I have been getting chiropactic treatments almost every day this week - could ths have caused my leg to cramp?
I don't want this to happen again. Call me sissy, but it made me cry. I can't recall what is said to help cramps. Can a person take something to avoid leg-cramps?
