The candida diet is ony part of the solution. The candida diet can make you feel somewhat better. But the candida diet alone can not cure you.
You can not completely kill the candida in your gut. Even if you could, candida is a spore forming organism. The spores are unaffected by stomach acid, and you would be re-infected almost immediately.
Healthy colonies of benefical bacteria keep the candida in your gut under control, and harmless. That is why you MUST add fiber and probiotics to the candida diet. Good luck. I've been there, and I know it sucks. Big time.
