Immuno Suppressants immunosuppressant

Has anyone had systemic immunosuppressant like infliximab (Remicade) or strong doses of predinisone?
Reason I ask is that if was tried and works its autoimmune. If it did not work it could be an intollerance or infection like a fungus or mycoplasma.
