Enemas pre/post LF?

hi all,
i'm curious when it's okay to start doing enemas after you've done the liver flush. i would think maybe the following night after the oo/grapefruit, when it's all behind you. just to remove any trace stones, or sludge stuck in there. i did a coffee enema this morning, cuz i'm doing the flush tonight, and just want an open clear runway for those stones tomorrow morning! any tips or experience/advice greatly appreciated! thanks for reading.
