hello
i've read your response, and i have a question. i've seen a couple times, statements being made about the liver producing too much cholesterol when being vegetarian. i wonder how? or why?
i am vegan, and someone wrote that vegans have the most cholesterol, is that true? of course i consume NO cholesterol, but i understand the liver makes its' own. i'm so curious about this subject, and would like to understand it so i'm eating balanced enough. i'm not raw 100%, more like macrobiotic and raw. no extremes though. i did my first flush today, and got a few dozen little green stones, and one bigger one the size of a penny!
okay, thank you for your help in advance!
