When I exercise my hands becoome very warm and the blood circulates just fine. The problem is I don't exercise a lot (once a week just a little). Mainly because if I do it a lot my nose becomes red (rosacea) and I don't want it to be worse. It's a cycle.
I think I get enough of vitamin B12, I sometimes eat eags and recently I started to take some spirulina algae. So this shouldn't be a problem. My whole diet I think it's rich in all essential elements; I eat nuts and seeds too..
I will do the flush once again to be sure. But I guess I will have to cleanse my bowels more thoroughly...(I did wait more than 14 days between the flushes).
Finally, I don't intend to "brush" my skin. I'm sure it would make it worse (more red nose). I need to exercise more, somehow.
