What you say is very helpful to me. My instinct would have been to try water kefir (either coconut or ginger)in the first place but I was afraid that Sugar would then become an issue. Kefir has to feed on something and I have to ensure that there is no residue before I drink it. Also from what I have read I need special grains for water kefir? It was easy to get the milk grains. If you are successful I would like to hear!
2 years ago I did a lot of research into coconut. I bought coconuts. But I couldn't buy green ones. The water (not milk) in young green coconuts is, in itself a powerful healing product. I drank and ate a lot of coconut (milk and flesh). It made me feel good but then I developed a rash and had to stop.
