What to take?

How long shall I take the Bone and Joint Formula? I have very little Arthritis and no pain, but my back needs to go back in place.

The chiropractor I'm going to says I need to work on my adrenal glands. How long do I need to take the Adrenal Tonic? Can I take both at the same time or which one should I start with?

I have been taking vitex for hormones, marshmellow for incontinence, licorice root for adrenals, alfalfa for minerals, kelp for iodine, ashwagandha for anxiety, goto kola for memory, nettle root for thyroid, I just ran out of Juniper berries for nerve damage and maca to give me a feeling of well being, but have been taking them for months. I am under the impression that these herbs are synergistic and good for many things - true?.

I am almost out of several of the herbs. Which ones should I re-order and take if I'm taking the Bone and Joint Formula? Which herbs should I take with the Adrenal Tonic?

I also take zinc and b12, lecithin, salba, magnesium malate, TMG, MSM, fish oil, boron and other single vitamins or a multi daily.

In addition if you recall. I eat healthy - around 10 fruits and veggies a day, no whites and very little processed food. Avocados, Beans, little meat, etc...DE water for silica, Kyo-green, homemade kefir and Brewers yeast all daily. My digestion is good thanks to using grape bitters before meals.
